Ticket Purchase Terms, Conditions & Event Policies

By purchasing a ticket to, attending, or participating in any event operated, organised, promoted or coordinated by Partyhub Australia / Events Hub Pty Ltd ("Partyhub", "we", "us" or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for Partyhub events, including parties, tours, boat events, entertainment events, nightlife events and any other event promoted or coordinated by Partyhub.

1. Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases made through Partyhub are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
A ticket constitutes permission for the ticket holder to attend the relevant event, subject to the conditions of entry, venue requirements, applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions.
Tickets must not be resold, transferred or otherwise dealt with for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Partyhub.
Partyhub reserves the right to refuse admission or remove a person from an event where reasonably necessary, including where a person is intoxicated, disorderly, threatening, abusive, violent, engaging in illegal activity, breaching venue rules or otherwise creating a safety concern.

2. No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and tickets are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or where Partyhub expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
No refund will ordinarily be provided because a ticket holder:
- changes their mind;
- can no longer attend;
- arrives late or misses the event;
- is refused entry because they have breached event, venue or legal requirements;
- is removed from the event due to inappropriate, dangerous, unlawful or disruptive behaviour;
- is intoxicated or otherwise unable to safely participate;
- loses their ticket or booking information; or
- fails to attend the event for any other personal reason.
Where an event is cancelled by Partyhub, postponed, materially changed, or otherwise affected by circumstances outside the ticket holder's control, Partyhub will deal with refunds, credits or alternative arrangements in accordance with applicable Australian law and the circumstances of the event.
Nothing in this No Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.

3. Event Inclusions Are Subject to Change
Partyhub makes reasonable efforts to ensure that event descriptions, advertising, itineraries, entertainment, venues, inclusions, performers, activities, departure times and other advertised features are accurate.
However, all event inclusions are subject to change without notice where reasonably necessary.
Partyhub reserves the right to change or modify any aspect of an event, including:
- entertainment;
- performers or DJs;
- venues;
- event times;
- itineraries;
- activities;
- transportation arrangements;
- food and beverage inclusions;
- advertised inclusions;
- event format;
- event capacity; and
- other event arrangements.
Changes may occur because of weather, safety requirements, venue requirements, availability, operational requirements, supplier issues, government requirements or circumstances beyond Partyhub's reasonable control.
Where a change constitutes a cancellation or a material change giving rise to rights under applicable law, Partyhub will comply with those legal requirements.

4. Event Questions and Assistance
All questions relating to tickets, bookings, event arrangements or general event enquiries should be submitted by email to:

During an event, attendees should direct questions, concerns or requests for assistance to the Partyhub tour leaders, event staff or event assistants.
Where an issue relates specifically to the venue, venue facilities, venue staff, venue security or venue operations, attendees may also be directed to the venue's management or authorised staff.

5. Venue Responsibility and Injuries
Partyhub may conduct or coordinate events at third-party venues, including licensed venues, boats, entertainment premises and other locations operated by independent venue operators.
The venue operator is responsible for the operation, maintenance, safety and management of its premises and facilities to the extent required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partyhub is not responsible for injuries, loss or damage arising from the condition, operation or management of a third-party venue where that matter is the responsibility of the venue operator.
Where an injury or incident occurs as a result of the venue's premises, facilities, equipment, employees, contractors, security or operations, any liability properly attributable to those matters will rest with the responsible venue operator or other responsible party, subject to applicable law.
However, nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability of Partyhub that cannot legally be excluded or limited under Australian law.
Attendees must follow all reasonable safety instructions issued by Partyhub, venue management, security personnel, tour leaders, event staff and emergency personnel.

6. Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
By attending a Partyhub event, you acknowledge that events may involve ordinary risks associated with crowds, entertainment, dancing, movement, travel, boats, outdoor activities, alcohol consumption by patrons, venue environments and other event-related activities.
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of your own safety and complying with all reasonable directions given by Partyhub, event staff, tour leaders, venue staff and security personnel.
You should not participate in any activity if you believe you are unable to safely do so.

7. Alcohol, Intoxication and Responsible Behaviour
Where alcohol is available at an event, the sale and service of alcohol will be subject to the requirements of the relevant licensed venue and applicable Queensland laws.
Partyhub and/or the venue may refuse service or admission to a person who is intoxicated, disorderly, aggressive or otherwise presents a safety risk.
Attendees remain responsible for their own behaviour and consumption of alcohol.

8. Criminal Activity and Illegal Conduct
Each attendee is individually responsible for their own actions and conduct.
Any person who engages in criminal, unlawful, violent, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, destructive or otherwise illegal conduct at or in connection with a Partyhub event is solely responsible for that conduct and any resulting consequences, including criminal prosecution, fines, penalties, damage, loss or injury caused by their actions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partyhub and the event venue are not responsible for the independent criminal or unlawful conduct of an attendee merely because that conduct occurred at or in connection with an event.
This clause does not exclude or limit any responsibility Partyhub or the venue may have under applicable law, including any legal duty arising from their own acts or omissions.
Partyhub reserves the right to remove any person suspected of engaging in unlawful, dangerous, threatening or inappropriate conduct and may notify venue security, police or other relevant authorities where appropriate.

9. Photography, Video and Promotional Material
By attending a Partyhub event, you acknowledge that photographs, videos and other recordings may be taken during the event.
To the extent permitted by law, Partyhub may use photographs, videos and recordings containing attendees for legitimate business and promotional purposes, including:
- websites;
- social media;
- advertising;
- promotional campaigns;
- event marketing;
- posters;
- digital advertising;
- future event promotions; and
- other Partyhub promotional material.
By attending the event, you acknowledge and consent to such photography and recording, subject to applicable privacy laws and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Partyhub will consider reasonable requests concerning the use of identifiable images, subject to legal and operational considerations.

10. Privacy and Personal Information
Personal information provided when purchasing tickets or communicating with Partyhub may be collected and used for purposes associated with ticketing, event administration, customer service, event communication, safety, security and legitimate business operations.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and Partyhub's applicable privacy practices.

11. Conditions of Entry
Partyhub and/or the venue may impose reasonable conditions of entry for the safety, security and proper operation of an event.
Attendees must:
- comply with reasonable directions from event staff and venue staff;
- comply with venue rules;
- comply with applicable laws;
- behave respectfully towards staff and other attendees;
- not engage in violence, harassment, threatening conduct or property damage;
- not engage in illegal activity;
- not interfere with the enjoyment or safety of other attendees; and
- comply with applicable age and identification requirements.
Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event without refund, subject to applicable law.

12. Events Involving Boats, Tours or Activities
Where an event involves a boat, vessel, tour, transport service or physical activity, additional terms, safety requirements and conditions may apply.
Attendees must comply with all directions given by the vessel operator, skipper, tour leader, crew, venue personnel and event staff.
Where a third-party operator provides transport, a vessel, activity or other service, that operator may have its own terms and conditions, safety requirements and legal responsibilities.

13. Weather and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Events may be affected by circumstances beyond Partyhub's reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government directions, emergency situations, transport disruptions, venue closures, supplier cancellations, safety concerns, industrial action or other unforeseen circumstances.
Partyhub will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to attendees and will provide any refund, credit, rescheduling or alternative remedy required by applicable law.

14. Right to Amend These Terms
Partyhub reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The Terms and Conditions applying to a ticket purchase will generally be those displayed at the time of purchase, subject to any amendments required by law or necessary to address circumstances arising after purchase.

15. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights, guarantees, warranties, conditions or remedies available to consumers under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or any other applicable legislation where those rights cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.
To the extent that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be read down or severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to operate.

16. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket to a Partyhub event, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not purchase or use a Partyhub event ticket.
